About This 2024 Nissan Murano AWD SV

The 2024 Nissan Murano has long been recognized as one of the most stylish and comfortable mid-size SUVs in its class, and this Black AWD SV example is no exception. At just under 22,000 miles, this vehicle is barely broken in — it's well past the new-car depreciation cliff but still young enough that you're inheriting years of worry-free driving. The SV trim sits in the sweet spot of the Murano lineup, offering a meaningful upgrade over the base S while keeping your investment grounded. Whether you're commuting through Wadsworth or heading out on a weekend road trip, this Murano is ready to perform.

The Murano's distinctive sculpted exterior design sets it apart in any parking lot, and the Black finish gives it a sleek, sophisticated presence. Inside, you'll find the kind of cabin quality that has made the Murano a long-standing favorite among buyers who prioritize comfort and refinement over rugged utility.

2024 Nissan Murano Performance and Engine

Under the hood, this 2024 Murano is powered by a 3.5L DOHC 24-Valve V6 engine — a smooth, well-proven powerplant that delivers confident acceleration and a composed highway presence. Paired with Nissan's Xtronic CVT automatic transmission, the V6 is tuned for a seamless power delivery that feels effortless whether you're merging onto I-76 or cruising on local county roads in Medina County.

All-Wheel Drive Capability for Ohio Winters

The AWD system on this Murano is a genuine advantage for Ohio drivers. Medina County is no stranger to snow, ice, and wet road conditions throughout the fall and winter months, and the Murano's intelligent AWD continuously monitors road conditions and distributes torque between the front and rear axles when needed. This is all-wheel drive that works seamlessly in the background — you get the traction when you need it without any extra effort on your part.

Nissan Murano Features and Interior

The 2024 Murano SV trim builds on the base model with a well-rounded feature set that covers convenience, connectivity, and comfort. Buyers can expect standard features consistent with the SV package, including a large touchscreen infotainment interface, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and Nissan's suite of driver assistance technologies.

Technology and Safety Features

Nissan Safety Shield 360 comes standard on the 2024 Murano and includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, lane departure warning, and high beam assist. These aren't optional extras — they're baked into every 2024 Murano SV, giving you a meaningful safety net on every drive. The Murano's cabin is notably quiet at highway speeds, a quality that longtime owners frequently highlight as one of the SUV's greatest strengths.

Nissan Murano Reliability and Ownership

The Nissan Murano has built a strong reputation for long-term reliability across its generations, and the current platform carries that tradition forward. The 3.5L V6 engine in this vehicle has an excellent track record — it's a refined, low-stress powerplant that responds well to routine maintenance and tends to go well over 150,000 miles when properly cared for. The Xtronic CVT transmission, while a polarizing topic in some automotive circles, has been refined to a high level in the Murano and is well-suited to the SUV's comfort-first mission.

Owners consistently praise the Murano for its upscale interior feel, smooth ride quality, and strong highway fuel economy relative to its V6 displacement. At just under 22,000 miles, this particular example is still within the period where everything should feel fresh and tight. J.D. Power and Consumer Reports have both recognized the Murano favorably in recent model years, making this a purchase you can feel confident about.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the 2024 Nissan Murano a good buy?

Yes — the 2024 Nissan Murano is widely regarded as one of the most comfortable and well-appointed mid-size SUVs available. It stands out for its quiet cabin, smooth V6 power, stylish design, and comprehensive standard safety features. For buyers who prioritize ride comfort and interior quality over maximum cargo utility, the Murano is an excellent choice.

Is 21,916 miles a lot for a 2024 Nissan Murano?

Not at all. For a 2024 model year vehicle, just under 22,000 miles is considered low mileage. The Murano is still very early in its service life, and with routine maintenance you can expect many years and many thousands of miles of reliable transportation ahead.

What does the Murano SV trim include?

The SV trim is the first significant step up in the Murano lineup and typically includes dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, an upgraded infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Nissan Safety Shield 360, and additional convenience and comfort features not available on the base S trim. It represents a strong balance of value and content.

Does this Murano have all-wheel drive?

Yes. This specific vehicle is equipped with Nissan's intelligent AWD system, which continuously monitors conditions and adjusts torque distribution front-to-rear as needed. This makes it an ideal choice for buyers in Medina County and the greater Northeast Ohio region, where winter driving conditions can be demanding.

How does the Murano compare to other mid-size SUVs?

The Murano distinguishes itself from competitors like the Honda Passport, Ford Edge, and Chevrolet Blazer primarily through its emphasis on comfort, interior refinement, and a car-like driving experience. It's less focused on towing or off-road capability and more focused on making every mile as pleasant as possible — a priority that resonates strongly with daily commuters and highway travelers alike.
